C-8 on Alligator Alley 9/20/18
Was driving the old Alligator Alley to Miami (US-41) from Naples when this guy drove by on the other side of the road. Quick u-turn, pass four cars at over 100 mph to catch up. Just gorgeous car. Pulled over to let him go by and take a last picture. The sound of this car was amazing. Here's a link to the video and a few photos uploaded.

Seriously, I thought it was a Lambo when it was coming at me but the tail lights were too much like a Vett. Why would they be testing a Lamborghini over here? Also Michigan Manufacturers plate.

Thats the new Aventador SVJ, 770hp... bad machine for sure. Our new mid engine Zora looks to have very similar side scoops..

VW Group has some pretty extensive offices in MI. They're probably just testing it here to nail down the US specific parts of the performance tuning. Emissions, suspension, etc.

Of course it's a C8. It just has some fake panels added under the camo, just like the C8's at the Ring..

Is this an April Fool's joke in late Sept? The wrap on that car might as well have the Lambo logo pasted all over it. If the C8 looked like that I'd sell my house and live in it!
