Default 2018 Maxima

Traded my 2013 F-150 for a leftover 2018 Nissan Maxima. I'm commuting 50 miles to work each way so I wanted better gas economy. I also wanted the better headlights and heated seats which the truck didn't have. Sure, I'll miss the 5.0 in the truck, but the Maxima is 300 hp V6 so it's got a little pep. Got almost 20% off MSRP and a good deal on the trade. And the wife approved of the transaction.

So what's the future like in 2108? Did the Corvette ever get that mid engine layout we heard about ~100 years earlier.

my father picked up a 2017 last year. It's a nice car. My biggest complaint is the Nissan's CVT as I think it neuters the driving experience. I had a G35 and now an S4 and both with Automatics feel way more engaging to drive.

I owned a 2017 SL for a short period. Nissan is always heavily discounting these cars as I picked mine up for $30K new, out the door, Nice ride, reasonable power. Very comfortable to drive. Only complaint was it was low to the ground and wife didnt like that. Nice sedan for the price but certainly not a sports car.

I really like this new Maxima. I know, it's not a Corvette, and it's front wheel drive, and the transmission is CVT, but damn it's fast. 300 hp DOHC V6, and the transmission is actually really quick. Wife has a 300 hp V6 CTS, and it's a turd compared to the Maxima.
