My 2018 Audi is this way and the BMW was similar. The corvette with it's deep foot well is actually easier to get in to and out of than the Audi. It is really bad when I am holding something in my hand (like a cup of coffee and/or a small bag) because I am afraid I am going to bump my hip on the steering wheel and risk spilling my coffee.
It's not as good as the old CL class because they had a fancy articulating hinge, which this car does not have. So the door doesn't "get out of your way" like the old CL. No trouble getting in or out though. No better or worse than the Vette except it IS higher so it's easier in that sense.

Remember though that this is a TWO door so it might be a lot easier to enter and exit than a sedan with shorter doors maybe?

Actually, I had to Google it, but this place has 104 pillars and the Parthenon has 46 outer, 23 inners, and 6 major. So more than the Parthenon ;-)

mercedes use to be a respected brand until they sold out and started making cars for the broke middle class like the c class. Thats when I started losing respect for it.

I like the E-class or larger...don't like the C's (except one) B's (non-US model), or A's.The only C I like is the GLC (f/k/a GLK).
The two door "sport" coupes/'verts (SL's) are nice.

What's your point? That it should be trivial or impossible? It's hard to know what you mean.

Oh yeah, before I forget: the Burmeister 3D optional sound system is the BEST I've ever heard. I have the Bose in the Z (not good), the Bang & Olufsen in the Audi (not bad) and the Harmon Kardon in the Range Rover (previous best factory system I'd heard).

The Burmeister is more powerful. I can't prove it's cleaner or better, but the amp and sub are very powerful, and I was unable to run the system into distortion at a volume I could tolerate, which is a first for me!
