Default A Corvette photo like this you’ll never see

Here is a photo that you’ll never see a group of Corvette race cars in because GM refuses to let anyone Race a Corvette other than the two yellow cars

You can watch a Porsche or a Ferrari race in any country almost any weekend but there are only two yellow Corvettes anyone is allowed to watch race worldwide. Who is the genius?

I'm too busy driving and enjoying my Corvette to worry about seeing a group of Corvette race cars in a picture.

Who is the genius?
The Employee who worked on the Fiero at the Fiero plant, resurrecting the Fiero, as the CEO of GM
The Employee who is President of GM, crashing the ZR1 pace car at the Detroit GP.
The Corvette C7R Racing team winning LeMans only once in it's 6 year tenure.
Chevrolet asking FE Corvette owners/buyers to not let the door smack them on the butt on their way out.

Still looking......

Just think if they were all Corvette race cars...... Placing the Corvette on the pedestal rather than just one team with mostly foreign drivers.

Racing in Europe or in the US under Belgium rules should be avoided totally.

Today, no one can build a Corvette race car for Pro racing because Belgium and GM say NO.

Here are the good old days below with two Factory Cadillacs behind our independent Corvette World Challenge car, plus the Volvo factory car and Porsche supported cars.

THEN GM racing intervened and got SCCA pro racing to add 150 pounds to the Corvette, to cement a Cadillac Manufacturers championship but Stealing the Driver championship from me and handing it to the Porsche driver. (who they hired the next year)

Racing today in any form will never again be what it once was. While I agree that safety was something that needed to be addressed all of the the other stuff in the rule books is just BS. It has become so complex and costly that it's no longer about any single brand or car for that matter.

I like how the photographer made sure to capture the "TIT ****" and naked chick graffiti.

As for the racing issue, that makes zero sense as to why GM wouldn't want the extra exposure for the corvette brand in my opinion.

If its not NASCAR nobody in the States cares. And even then, I think the win on Sunday sell on Monday formula died long ago.

Yeah, uh, all about the tatas graffiti sort of clouds the message.

May need to crop, delete original and repost

Why not let pratt Miller build 20 cars and have GM fund 10 teams to let the cream come to the top?

Better yet dump the Globalist LeMans race where only 8% of the cars are from America- and 90% of the American cars are tossed out for made up infractions. Why take the abuse ?
