Let’s play Camaro or Corvette... Ready Go!
I’ll still buy one... no other ME V8 $60K car... but I don’t love the rear...

Melting Slicks
I've stared at the new rear pics for about an hour now...First impression was Meh, but I am interested to see it in context with the rest of the car. It is fairly aggressive looking and slightly reminds me of the 1990's Lamborghini Diablo...

Drifting
I think I would switch to Cayman GTS or GT4.

They really don't. The tail lights are similar, and I suppose the exhaust tip location is the same. Other than that they are actually quite a bit different.
Tail lights and exhaust tips are apparently enough to make people go "OMGOMG OMG CAMARO CAMAROCAMAOROROREEEEE!!!!!!"

The Corvette and Camaro rear ends have had from time to time styling theme resemblance dating all the way back to the early 70s.
And they're less like each other today than they have been in the past.
I've never understood, given that, what all the hyperventilating about this is all about.

As a driver and collector of both Corvettes and Camaros, I LOVE it. Bring it on!

Seeing it in the flesh with the car sitting on the ground, and viewing from standing eye level - I bet it'll look fine.

I agree... it’s tolerable and I’ll still get one. My old car vs. C8 leak.

Hopefully the C9 will look like something in the current decade.

If that's the rear it looks cheaply made. If so, it's no wonder it will be $60k. It lacks what other mid engine cars have. That word is class. Again, that's if that is the rear.

Let's not.

Make the spoiler smaller and I would actually like it. I like the exhausts also.
