[B]German - American Corvette Club, Baden-Württemberg [/B]
Vette owners stationed, living, or working overseas in Germany! Don't drive alone! There is a Corvette Club just waiting for you to become a member; so join in the fun; cruise the Autobahns, attend Corvette events and shows all over Europe.
Here's a little info about the club ~
> CLub Name: German - American Corvette Club, Baden-Württemberg .
> We're an International Corvette Club with both German and American members.
> Club Website: www.bwcorvettes.com
> Location: Heidelberg, Mannheim, K-Town, Stuttgart, and Würtzburg areas are where most of our members live, work, or are stationed howeve, the bulk of our membership is located in the Heidelberg, and Mannheim areas.
> Membership: No Fees, No Dues to become a member. No club President, Vice President, or any of elected office in the club. Just a lot of Corvette owners having fun.
> Meetings: Meetings are held once a month, 1900 hrs, 3rd Thursday of the month during the winter months (Oct - Mar) and 1200 hrs, 3rd Saturday of the month during the summer months (Apr - Sep).
> This months meeting is at the Hockenheim Ring, Hotel am Motodrom, 1900 hrs, 19 May 2005
> Cruises: We have lots of Club Cruises and events comng up this summer ~
* In June we're going to La Mans, France as well as the Corvette/Viper Shootoutthen in June.
* Then 1-5 July 2005 we're headed up to the Corvette FAME 2005 Show in Valkenburg, Neatherlands.
* Next we have the American Car Show International in Bad Schwalbach, Germany the last weekend in July 2005.
* Our yearly Club Cruise to Garmisch, Germany will be coming up in August 2005.
* Then in Sept 2005 there's "Corvette Sunday" in Saint Leon Rot, near Walldorf, sponsored by the Corvette Freunde-Kurpfalz Corvette Club.
* We also conduct "Short Notice Cruises" on weekends (a Saturday or Sunday) when the weather is good.
> The only requirement to become a member is ~ you must own and drive a Corvette!
> So, anyone stationed, living, or working in Germany and intersted in joining our ranks reply to this "Thread" for more details.
