This weekend is a big car show over at XXX Rootbeer. It's out of the way, but this weekend's show should attract 300+ cars. (I heard 500 last year). Issaquah is about 20 - 25 minutes from downtown though. Maybe outlet shopping in North Bend for the ladies (15 min past Issaquah) and car show for you?

This Wednesday (and every Wednesday in the summer), there is a Hot Rod GTG at the A&W in Port Orchard. I should have my C5 there. Lots of really neat rides. Goes from about 4 pm to around 7. Best time is about 5-6PM.

When you head home you might drive south along Hoods Canal to get back to I-5, kinda slow going, but well worth the time.
