Need guinea pig with 08 LS3 C6
I would like to offer a free dyno session, power measurment only for someone with a 2008 C6 M6 car that would like to have it dyno tested. First one to PM me gets it for free! I just want to see where the new engine baselines and for something for me to compare with later.

I am as curious as you are. I have seen numbers posted in the C6 forum of over 423 to the ground with NO TUNING with just a KN Filter and headers. I find that hard to believe as its hard to think that GM left that much on the deck with a exhaust system that restrictive that headers alone would give it a kick from 370 base Hp to 423 Hp. Or maybe GM totally derated the LS3......I really doubt it. And if you figure its making 370, add on a 15% fudge factor for power train loss, that adds up to 425 crank Hp, even more if you use the traditional 20% number.
