Mod Results
I have been driving and running my car at the track in 100% stock form for years now. Was considering trading out for a new ZR1 but decided I will start modifying instead and just keep it.
Mods done yesterday and today consists of installing XS Power headers and getting a dyno tune done by Ellis at Speed Secrets. I do not have before numbers. Results are 370/359 SAE. Uncorrected were 379/369. I am very impressed with the results and surprised by how much smoother the car actually is. I attribute that more to the tune than the headers.

Thanks! Like a good business plan, I am now writing down the things I want to accomplish, in what order and what the ultimate outcome I want is. I believe brakes/suspension/harness bar/seats are the next items on my list. That way I can get back to the track and learn what I can do with those items before going after more power. I have traction issues as it is with the 335's on.

I have done an average of 5-7 days at Pacific Raceways every year since '05. That is until last year which was a big zero. Have decided to rededicate myself and car to going back and visiting other tracks. I have Shelton at the top of my list and then down to Cali.

Wow...we're going to see a modified Z06 at RTC this year? Congrats on the dedication to something that sounds like a blast to me but I haven't yet pulled the trigger. I do want to hit the track someday though.

Found it on youtube. That's me but his description is off. We speculated that I had 350-355rwhp before the mods. His post makes it sound like after. All I know is this thing has a very different personality and is so smooth revving. I do not know why I waited so long.
