Was curious to see if anyone here is part of an association that does lapping days up here in the pnw, at the ridge, Pir (portland) and pir (covington) and possibly orp?

My girlfriend currently runs with the audi club but theyre classes are quite full and prices are a little steeper than some of the other groups ive seen so i thought i would check in here and see if anyone runs in a group!

Turn 2 and Hooked on Driving both have open track days with instructors available. Both of these organizations have events scheduled at The Ridge and you will find them at PIR, Pacific Raceways, and ORP.

Their prices are reasonable too!

Go to The Ridge website and you can look thru their calendar. Events posted there will usually have a link to the hosting association where you get registration information.

Man I have been trying to get to your open track days, Tom! I have you on my calender for the 12th and 20th of this month but that is it. Do you have any other days scheduled? This is what I have marked for the rest of the year:

Sep. 13 - "Turn 2" @ The Ridge (THIS Friday)

Sep. 14, 15 - "HPDE" @ Pacific Raceways (THIS Sat, Sun)

Sep. 20, "Turn 2" @ Pacific raceways (Friday)

Oct. 12, 13 "HPDE" @ Portland International (Sat, Sun)

Oct. 30 "Proformance Racing" @ Pacific Raceways (Wed)

Is there any others I should know about? It would be cool if there was

Turn2 has track days on the 25th and 26th, next week, the 10th and 11th of October and then a charity event for the kids with cancer camp event on the 19th of October. Still some good track days out there! All of these days will be at the Ridge and are open for registration.

"PROformance Racing" is running high performance sport days on:
November
9th - Saturday
16th - Saturday
30th - Saturday

December
7th - Saturday
21st - Saturday

I hope they turn out dry!

The Proformance track days mentioned are regular winter track days. Turn2 has been asked to do the same thing we did last year at the Ridge Motorsports Park as we did last winter. We will look at the forecast and when we see a great weather opening, we open registration. We have a lot of great weather days and we will be able to take advantage of them!

Turn2 regular season, which is now tomorrow and Saturday the 19th at the Ridge, is $275.00. The other venues I can't speak to.

Turn2 has been asked to run the winter track days for the Ridge this year. It will be short notice with the promise of good weather and a discounted price. It is a special deal between T2 and the Ridge. The pricing will be discussed with the owners tomorrow.

I am signed up for Skip Track day @ PIR on 6/1. Cheap. $250? THen two more at ORP. Next year I plan to buy teh ORP membership which makes HPDE pretty cheap. ORP site has all info.

FruiTay: THere is video on the web site. I have no camera mount tho have been considering it. I consider it ouir personal mini Laguna Seca. The corkscrew is awesome.
