Default Corvette Block BBQ - NW Portland Hills

So, I want throw a BBQ in my very Corvette friendly neighborhood. Just in my Cul-de-Sac we have the following: 15' Z06 (mine), a 67' L88, a 64' 327, a 59' and two 60's. There is six right there. I figure that we will have no issue finding more takers to show off their cars, drink beer and BBQ.

We can all park on the street as there is plenty of room on my block. I will be setting up the BBQ either in my driveway or another neighbors cooking ribs, carne-asada, etc and hanging out.

I would like to do this early June and all are invited.

Your thoughts?

114 views and no responses. What, no one wants to hang out, talk about Vettes and eat some great BBQ'd food. I find that hard to believe.

The end of the Cup-de-Sac.

Thanks for offering. I was going to provide the meats, ribs, chicken, carne-asada, etc. I am sure that good beer would be more than welcome.

I am thinking having this event on Saturday June 6th. I will post another thread to confirm.

If it is on June 6th I am in. Should I bring the 2015 ZO6
or the 2012 ZR1 ?

2012 Blade Silver Black Interior Stock. Fun to compare to the C7 ZO6. Both great cars as are all Vettes.

Well, I never responded cause I have no idea where this place is, no City/State in your Avatar area, and lots of Oregon posts in here lately. (which is cool!)

The location is the NW Portland Hills off of Skyline. It's in the title of the thread.

Sounds good, put it on the calendar to swing by until the 2 year old wakes up (3ish). Are you going to PM out your address?
