body work - Seattle or Bothell, WA area
Hey Guys,
Anyone know of good body shops in the Seattle area in WA or Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond area? I'm looking for recommendations on shops that are fair and wont screw me to the wall. Its for C3 body work.
Thanks

Showcase in totem Lake area of Kirkland. I have taken show cars and DDs there for years. Lonnie and his team do excellent work and their paint matching skills are superb. http://www.showcasecollision.com/

I've had good experience with Gerber in Woodinville on paint and body work.

Corvettes of Auburn did the work on my C5 Z06 when someone tore the rear fender off. Perfect alignment, and they matched the Millennium Yellow paint which is very complex - it's basically a white undercoat with several coats of tinted clear. Went to bat with the insurance company for GM parts and the cost of the paint repair.
It was done when they said it would be done, and they were totally open about progress, including pictures.
100% happy.

I've done business with Corvettes of Auburn on many occasions and each time I've come away very satisfied with their work. When I had my C5, I was taking the body side-molding strips off, got careless, and took off some paint and was into the fiberglass a little. Took it to CoA and when they finished, it looked like new...paint, bodywork, everything.
Call 'em and ask for Dan Tumia.
