Hello everyone, I have always wanted another Corvette after selling my 67 many years ago. I ordered a yellow Z06 automatic this week and look forward to having it by summer!
You obviously are a person with impeccable taste! I've got 3,100 miles on mine since I picked it up in the latter part of December and love it - and that's been only driving it on wet and/or cool roads. I really can't wait for summer!

Aaron, I love the looks of your car, that photo is a really cool angle. I ordered mine with the satin hood stinger as well and carbon mirrors.

That's great. I'm sure you will notice some differences. I bet the wait is not fun but you will have miles of smiles when it arrives. I don't suppose they offered a similar loaner to make the wait a little easier Hope you have a great summer.
Post pics once you get your car - I'm curious how it'll look with carbon mirrors! I really like the carbon flash on my car and how it goes with the yellow.

So,I now have an order # VFBXRB and its in the 3000 category. I posted this on the thread on this forum to get a production date but Jamie I think hasn't gotten back to me, I know it was only yesterday that I asked, being patient is a challenge right?
Does anyone else know another method without calling the dealer how to get a build date?

A long, long time ago I had a 1 800 number I could call someone at GM and get updates on my order. I had to give the dealership ID which was on the order sheet that the dealer used to order the car with initially. When I ordered the car they gave me a copy for my records.
Hey Guys,
I got a response this morning from Julie at GM, the production date is set for 4/17. I am going to arrange to get to Bowling Green for the Musium delivery and see the process. Any suggestions that you have would be greatly appreciated as far as timing and sites to see.

Update, in a quest to make it back to Bowling Green I have been denied. I contacted my dealer and he said it was too late to change anything and add that to my order. Build date is 4/17/17. Anyone have any advice? My wife and I would love to go see it being built.
