Yeah! 20 people have confirmed already! This is looking like it's possibly going to be one of our bigger gatherings. Hey new folks, this will be a real good opportunity to meet the local community

Well, you can add 1 to my entourage. My son-in-law, Nathan, wants to go. He's a former employee of the Wild Ginger and now works for McMenimins in Mill Creek. He knows his food, but is a BBQ junkie like me and has been putting little stickers all over the Aero Lightweight because he thinks he's going to get it when I've passed away. I suspect he wants to meet what he believes will be his new best friends once he's got the car.
Now that I think about it, he's met Poodle Girl which could help explain why his sticker posting activity seems to be more frequent ever since.
He's also a Ducati rider (like I was...)
All this depending on the weather and his schedule.
It's still the 23rd, right? We hope to drive the Aero Lightweight so save us a parking place with tie-downs.

Same here I'm hoping to get some good shots with the camera too! Between E@RTC (if it ever happens) and this on Sunday, I'll probably need to bring a couple sd cards for my dslr
I think we are ALL looking forward to having a big community gtg, especially with as dreary as this spring has been

Coming down from Whatcom County
With the blessing of YNOT2K, who is the owner of Jeffs Texas Style BBQ, and a local member of the CF community; I am setting up this thread to track interested parties, and have one place for information on this event.
!!!!The event will be at noon, Sunday April 23'rd!!!!
We have done a GTG here in the past, and it worked out quite well! Jeffs' has the real deal authentic, Texas style BBQ that never disappoints, and good on tap selections Plus, he is offering a discount to our PNW-GTG group for the event He no longer owns a Vette, and wants to see the lot full of 'um, so lets make that happen! Hope to see you there

I live just a couple minutes away, so if anyone gets lost, I can sherpa you to the place Take the Marysville exit for 88'th street...
Turn left off the freeway offramp if you are driving south
Turn right off the freeway offramp if you are driving north
At State street, turn left (it is the main drag, and just past a set of train tracks)
Jeffs will be on the left in about a 1/4 mile.

Inviting the northern folks and a few from down that way
I am writing to invite you to join me in a cruise to Jeffs Texas BBQ in Marysville on Sunday, April 23rd. The meeting time at Jeff's Texas BBQ is 12:00 noon. The address is 9214 State Ave, Marysville, WA.
We will meet at the CHS Northwest Fairhaven True Value parking lot at 3125 Fairhaven Parkway right off the I-5 Fairhaven off ramp and across the street from the ARCO station. For club members who have met for previous dinner cruises, this is the same place.
We will be leaving the parking lot at 10:00AM, so please be there on time.
This cruise is weather dependent. If it is raining I will NOT be going or leading the cruise!
Our route will take us down Chuckanut Drive, through Edison to Conway, then Stanwood, following Marine Drive to Kayak Point through Tulalip and then to Marysville.
I look forward to seeing you all.
Please reply with your intention. Tell me if you will go. That way I will have a feel for who to expect.

I will be coming from the south so if any south-enders want to meet up in Renton at the South Renton Park and Ride @ 205 S 7th St, Renton 98057 we can caravan from there. We will leave the park and ride by 11:00 AM as it is about a 50 minute drive on a Sunday morning.

NOT looking good for the weekend again, damn! Who is opposed to moving this out to late may, or early June??? This spring is just too f#$%ing rainy
Or are we gonna do this one rain or shine? If it's crap out, our attendance is always dismal.
