Burning Brakes
I will be there and think it is a very well run show. It is not just Corvettes (mostly) but also a lot of other fine cars. This is in conjunction with Dupont days so you have people attending that are not necessarily car people who seem to find cars interesting once they start talking to people showing their cars.
Also the Barbecue competition run in conjunction with Dupont days is well attended by pit masters from around the country in addition to the local people. This is some type of regional competition for them so they are on top of their game for this show.
They break down awards for the various generations of Corvettes but also have awards for other types of cars, best paint, peoples choice, etc.
The wife and I only attend the show on Saturday but they are well attended for all of the entire weekend events that they run.

Hi all - That is this saturday the 17th, correct? My mom fell and had a compound fracture in her leg and she lives about 5 minutes away from dupont. Figured if i went and entered, it would be a good reason to get her out of the house with her walker to move around like she is supposed to for her rehab 
Have never entered our vette in a show, but used to always go with our vintage mustangs-kinda miss it a bit!
