Default How's the Corvette community in the Pacific Northwest?

One of my favorite aspects of owning 'enthusiast' cars is the community that goes along with them. I'm curious to know what the Corvette community is like here in the Pacific Northwest (meets, drives, activity level, etc)

we belong to MtHood Corvettes(Portland) and Willamette Valley(Salem). Both are great clubs. MHCC is the most active. We go on lots of drives and go to shows together in the summer.

I was a member of this forum for 2 years before I purchased my 2012 C6. I just sold it last November after 3 and a half years and 60,000 miles.

I've been out to a few events with some of the members of this forum and find them to be a very friendly and welcoming group of people. I never joined any of the local Corvette Clubs though so I can't say what the membership is like in any of them, but have known a few members that were friends before I purchased my Corvette.

If you were a member of a Corvette Group or Club elsewhere and are new to the PNW you'll probably find the same types of characters here.

If you are new to Corvette ownership you'll probably find a group within one or more of the clubs that is like minded to you.

Good to hear there's an active community! If I do end up getting a Corvette it'll be my first one. Looking for a 2008+ C6 3LT with a manual.

I’m in Milwaukie and have looked at a couple local club websites.

Will probably attend a general meeting or 2 to check them out.

Looking forward to the cruise and car show season.

Hopefully I have a car before the summer festivities. Might even jump on an LS2 car if the price is right.
