Default Dinner in Chelan

If anyone is interested in a trip to the east side of the rock pile I'm putting together a Corvette group dinner in Chelan, WA on Saturday, August 11th. This will be at Tsillan Cellars Winery at their Sorrento's Ristorante. Time and reservations yet to be determined till I have an attendance count. Thus far I have half a dozen local Vette owners attending.

If your interested consider spending the night in Chelan but this time of year reservations for a room should be made sooner than later.

3875 Hwy 97A, Chelan, WA

I will be out of town on vacation for the next week as I'm exhausted from retirement and need a break but will have internet access while I'm gone to continue planning for this GTG.

Come on over and join us for a fun evening of great food, great wine and beverages and hanging with us hay seed Vette owners over on the east side.

Please RSVP me if you wish to attend.

Well, this idea is a SCRATCH. Called the restaurant and they have an event scheduled so they are not taking public reservations on Aug. 11th. Thus far I had a dozen folks planning on coming. May try again in early Sept. depending on schedules.

George:

Have you considered doing this at Siren Song? I live part time in Chelan and the owners there are some accommodating wineries with very good eats. Siren Song has excellent food and the owner is a friend of mine.

Another option is at Lake Chelan Winery. They have a Barbecue there and Steve the owner lets me park my C5 on his lawn there's plenty of room on the lawn for 15-20 cars. or Wapato Point Cellars...they have a nice dining room and again a lawn for parking.

Also, there is a "Fall In Chelan" car show on the first weekend after Labor Day.

Lots of options. PM me and we can chat.

BTW, Leo Miller has opened his collection as a museum. If in Chelan this is a must go to. Even my wife (who is not a car nut) lives this place.
