Default forged wheel decision

Today, I begin the 4-5 week wait to have a set of forged wheels machined and shipped. Trying to time their arrival with hitting 1500 miles on the odometer-the proper break in to start tracking. Chose design EH176 that looks compatible to oem. Getting a stronger wheel reduces concerns over the widely reported cracking/bending Z06 wheels. Ordered gloss black. Keeping fingers crossed to post pics early July.

keeping factory sizes 19x10 and 20x12

Should look nice - I did the same thing and replaced the OEM wheels with forged except I had to go with a simpler design (and easier to wash - I get OCD with wheels and the stock were a pain to get all the nooks & crannies).

Looking forward to the pics when you get them - or better yet, in person since we're both in Kent!

Default New wheels on--shout out to Paul at PK!

Very happy with the service from Paul at PK. The wheels/tires shipped to my door and were ready to mount. PK design is similar to originals, and already squeezed in a twilight lapping event at PR.

Another shout out to Henry, technician at Good Chevrolet. Henry set up a track alignment that resulted in the car feeling the most planted since it was purchased. Really felt like on rails around PR.

I have BC Forged wheels, and they are excellent. Paul from PK was great to deal with!

I took a different path in buying my FORGED Wheels and New Tires......

I went with SIGNATURE SV701 Wheels (I believe them to be a Private Label mfg by BC Forge in Taiwan)
SIGNATURE Ships (included in the price "Free Shipping" ) directly to your address and You Do
Have to Find a COMPETENT Local Installer (I can help with suggestions)

I bought my Michelin Super Sport Tires thru www.DiscountTireDirect.com during the Black Friday period
and got 20% back in REBATE Debit Cards.

My particular 2012 Corvette has a Offset situation where the Rear Right is further OUT then the Rear Left
so I had to do a lot of measuring to determine how/what to order. No Dealer Will/Can do this for YOU....

I'm willing to talk and explain what Ive learned...............
