Default How to get wax out of plastic trim?

What cleaner can I use to get wax and rubbing compound out of the black plastic and black plastic trim"

I've used a product called "Back To Black" I think I picked it up at Autozone. David

Just did it this weekend. I used a small stiff fingernail brush and some windex to clean the tough spots and then Mother's back-to-black.

For Black, Turtle Wax black wax. Apply it anywhere, no residue and removes the old white wax.

Peanut butter will work....

Why not save yourself from the plain and use a product that does not stain..

IT moght work but then you will be looking for somethin to get the squirrel **** off the car!!

You can also try a white pencil eraser. Thats what I use.

Default How to get wax out of plastic trim

I've used the original Armorall brand to get wax off black molding. I'm not sure, but it may also take the wax off the paint too so be careful.

I've good success with Mr. Cleans Magic Eraser, than go over it with Stoner's Trim Shine.
