Default Where to buy Paint?

This may be a dumb quistion but where could I buy paint code 984 Safari Yellow paint or something close to it. I checked with SPI and they don't have it. I think I want one stage paint as I want to use SPI clear over that because I don't think I could meet the time frame between coats for a two stage paint. Thanks for any help here!

Default Bay area paint

I used to live in Wallnut Creek many years ago. I got PPG paint from
Ned's autobody supply in Concord, I think it was NED's. They used to actually match existing paint by tinitng right on your car, dont worry they clean it right off. If it's the whole car they can use the paint code. Ned's (925)685-6500.
There is also a FinishMasters (PPG vendor) in Concord, (925) 682-8500, Don't know about there prices though?

Don't be afraid of Basecoat/Clearcoat I have fixed many screw ups
that would be harder with SS/CC. If Your woried about flash times, You
can use a slower reducer and take your time going aroud the car.
Remember, 1st BC goes on Dry, 2nd, a little less dry, fix any big nibs
then tac, and fog on the last BC. For the clear, 1st dry, 2nd wetter
and third wet also,
Have a practice panel nearby, before each clear coat, spray panel and watch the paint start to meld togather without sagging or runs. Lay pannel flat and sidways while adjusting your Gun, Don't worry about a little Orange peel, You can wet sand with @ 1500 to 2500 then buff it out. That has worked for me, and I'am not a painter, There are good painters on the fourm that can give you better advice
We all learn from trying.
