I drove by a white street line painter in my daily driver last night and briefly passed through the over spray mist. I have fine white dots across the car's painted nose and flat plastic lower air dam. What is the recommended way to get this paint off?

you can try a clay bar
There is a product called Graffiti Off - try it on a small spot - get it at Ace Hardward
You can try WD 40
also try goof off
