I just had some body panels painted electron blue and they look really nice in bright sun, but look really dark in low light conditions. The inside of the door shell has some unpainted areas that are white. Is it possible that the factory cars had a white primer that would influence color match?

I need the GM paint code. preferably the 'WA' code. And the year of the car you are painting. I do no go by the names of the color...the WA code gets me to what I need to look at for you. Obviously you know this WA code is on the white option sticker your can has .

Please do not give the two number code due to it will not direct me to the EXACT color your car was painted with.
