Found a vette I'd like to buy because of the mechanical upgrades, and thanks to the hideous nature of the vinyl graphics on the car, the price is very reasonable. My question is, how hard is it to remove a wrap? And since I'm not all that crazy about the car's base color, could I just apply a wrap over the entire car, including the existing graphics?

With you being in Texas....put it out in the sun and that should heat it up enough for it to peel off. If that does not work use a heat gun and heat it up and it should peel off. You can also use a steamer for clothes ...but I have used a heat gun and it goes rather quick.
