Default Small white spots on car hood ??

Hard to see but little white spots all over hood and fenders
Whatís the best way to get this off not sure if itís from my exterior door of my house. Or something but it comes off if you slightly use your finger nail to pick it or small amount of water on your finger and rub it and it comes off. My worry/question is what is the best way without causing harm to the paint? Clay bar. Hand wash with light pressure ?? Any ideas

Do as you are doing. Find a method that gets them off and see what happens in that area you test. If all is good,...then proceed.

It is hard form where we are at to tell you how to do it because you need to test any advice of methods to remove it and see if it works.

It is the exact same thing I run into when I get cars that have stuff on them. I start with the easiest method and go form there if that does not work..

Obviously I would NOT do any of this when the paint is hot or in direct sunlight. But that is just me.

If they are coming off with water on your finger I would try a clay bar with some detail spray as lubricant. Scratching with your fingernail could leave fine scratches.

Indeed. Just curious never used claybar before I am going to have a lot of time it seems to mess with it because all this rain we are getting near Houston means no corvette time for now lol
