Paint drops on side-skirts
Hey folks,
Car: 2010 C6 base coupe, black
There are a few blue drops of paint on the front, bottom corner of the passenger side-skirt. They have been there since I bought the car; I figured they would break down after a few months of washing... nope!!
What can I do to remove these?
Thank you!

Not knowing much more than what the photo shows...which is very little. Sometimes using you fingernail and get it to pop off if it is thick enough to get you fingernail under it. .They possibly can be carefully hand compounded off.
If they are thick...then possible using lacquer thinner on Q-Tip and see if it can soften the blue paint and get it come off.
If not that, I would rake the edge of a single edge razor blade across it to shave it down and may make them pop off....BUT I have doing this so I know how to do it and I pay attention to what is going on and if I get the paint shaved down to where it is THIN...and yet have not touched your paint on the fender...then I might switch to the previous methods.
Some use 'GOOF OFF' with success but if you try this...DO NOT do any of this when the paint is hot or in direct sunlight.

****EDIT***
Obviously I am commenting on this IF the car has not had this fender repainted and the paint is still factory applied.

Thanks for the reply!
The fender is factory paint.
I tried with my finger nails, but only got a little bit off!
I wonder if a hair dryer might soften the paint drops a bit?
