back from the track

Well, mods in sig. Had a tuff time with the 6 speed, stock LS1 clutch and street tires, but got a 12.4 @ 117.8

Clutch pedal was stuck to the floor 3 times

Look in the Z06 Forum and look for Rangers thread about clutch maintenance. It sounds like your fluid is in need of changing.

Ranger also wrapped the hydraulic line w heater hose. But the real issue here is that the used/stock clutch and PP aren't up to the power needs of the car.

With all that power I don't think theres a way to get around a new clutch. Beef up that clutch and get some sticky tires and your well into the 11s.
