Default MT ET Street Radials 2

I'm really tired of no traction on the street with the 315 PS2's. I can't even merge without spin. I'm trying to figure out the downside of running ET Street 2's on the street. I don't drive the car much so if I can get 5k - about a year - out of them cruising that's fine. I'm more concerned about handling since I like to bend the car pretty hard on some mountain roads around here. Another option maybe NT05R's.

Input please...or if you have any other suggestions..appreciated.

oh snap son the nitto 555rII are the tires for you they hook great on the street and the RII model have a stiffer sidewalk for handling yet the same 100 tread compound as the regular... Don't expect anything to hook in the cold but as soon as you get decent weather with sun on the road they'll hook fantastic...you'll get 5-8000 miles or 10k miles out of them if u really run em till their bald... Would expect 3000 miles out of the mt with far less handling...on the track is where the MTs would win but since you're looking for something to replace your michelins than these are the way to go... Expect to paint your lower rear panels every other year from all the rocks the pick up

Thanks! Looks like they make a 285x35x18 and a 305x35x18. That will work.

I have a set of Toyo Proxes (P255/50R16) waiting to pull double duty. As soon as the Hoosier DR's wear out

Long time back I went from the 315 PS2s to the 305 Nitto RIIs. Very good improvement in traction. At the time I was about 550rwhp.
