2002 Z06, stock, 360, 365, 372 whp
Strapped my Z06 to a Dynojet a few weeks ago. Car was around 6,000 miles at the time; all stock, fresh oil/trans/diff fluids and new K&N air filter element. Third run got the most power once we allowed it to cool down.
For comparison, LS2 GTOs with intake and full exhausts were in the 360/370s range. A stock LS1 GTO was in the 320s.

No tuning on this dyno session, according to the previous owner it is "all stock". I agree the car has some really good numbers considering the LS2 GTOs with bolt-ons had about the same power.
Between the first and second run it was allowed to cool down about 10 minutes, and between the second and third a good 15 minutes.

Not sure, I'm not very familiar with dyno settings. They were keeping a list of everyone's numbers, but I didn't take a picture so I'll ask my friends see if they have it.
That same day, two modified 5.0 Mustangs (new "Coyote" engine) put down 412whp and the other 408whp. To their dismay, the Z06 is quicker than these cars on a straight line; however, I also did the zip-tie mod after the dyno, so I probably picked up a couple more whp.
Here's the video of the last (most hp) run.
