back when it was a stock clutch I would put the Drag radials at 15.5 psi rev to 5700rpm let out the clutch and Full throoddle at 5mph
Now with 6 puck clutch and Bias ply Im learning the car all over... BUt other then tire pressure will be lower I think Ill get right back to the similar technique for some 1.2x short time
last night I tried a shake off run on new set up launched at 3,000 and it bogged bad to 1300 then full throddle at 11mph got a 1.52 ....in the new set up same technique would of gotten me 1.7x short time.. The car is Lighter Now thats why it recorved as it did

I'm looking into getting 17 inch drag tire but don't know what to use? Right now car is getting a hawks third Gen custom blower cam with an A&A kit coming soon.

you REALLY want a bias ply tire. Especially with a manual trans. Unfortunately the 17" bias ply tire availability is pretty much nothing. You would need to go to a 16" and then you can get them from Hoosier. I am going to a 28x10.5 -16 Hoosier QTP this fall.

I did 1.53 last Sunday, 1st run of the day and first in like 4 months. Funny thing was I wasn't even trying to get a good 60', I just wanted to go A to B to start tuning the nitrous.

yea, a fogger. was only a 100 shot on a stupid soft ramp. Next pass on a more aggressive ramp I went 10.89 @ 132 but had a horrid 1.66 60'. LOL if I would have had that 1.53 that pass it would have come close to 10.5.
I just got some new Hoosier 28x11.5 -16s I want to break in this weekend. Hoping to get into the 9s on a 200 shot assuming I can get consistent 1.5x or better 60'.
now if only I could somehow manage to have shift times quicker than 3/4 second lol

is your trans MN12 ? I dont think its really driver I even power shift and on videos Sounds slow shifting I just think its the ratio doenst get back on the 4th at its power band... that is why I want to go different gear ratios like in the MN6 or c6z06 (maybe even zr1 ? )
making 1st and 2nd more Mph should get to make Harder Launches with BIgger Jets and then correct the 3/4 on the top to get it on the power band ....

Your spray could be dropping off at top--- only way I'm able to run full power is starting at 1150 pressure ending with 1050 and with half or more bottle left
