BTW- We booked next year for 11/18.
I would like to thank all of the personnel at MIR for their hard work in giving us a great track all day long. It is difficult to provide a great surface right from the start after all the rain the night before. They had to scrape up the rubber and dry the surface prior to applying their magic dust and glue. They constantly monitored the track and dragged it every couple dozen passes or so. Numerous 1.3s were produced by stick cars. Now that is a testament to their ability. In addition, they are so nice down there and have a first rate facility.
