A legit 600 rwhp on a dyno-jet should trap 135 mph in a C5.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the average mustang dyno makes about 8% less than a Dynojet so those dyno pulls are about equal. Did you not change pulley size after the H/C?

As far as the times they aren't much different. Conditions could very easily cause the slower mph.

Does your car feel faster since the H/C?

I agree w navy blue about the mph. Something isn't right. Could your clutch be slipping?

i was told the same about those dynos...pulley was not changed...It's been said that the elevation at Island tends to make cars run a few ticks slower..Clutch is fine.no issues at all...Honestly the car car feels the same although the meth has been turned down as the tuned before was meth heavy....this tuner decided to lower the meth so if it fails I wouldn't hurt the motor...

Turning the meth down seems contrary with adding better heads. More air flow opportunity, more meth, more boost, more fast, lol….

An HPT data log of those runs that includes AFR would tell a lot.
Dynos aren’t dragstrips.
I agree that thing should be 130+

Shoot, my auto trans C5 trapped 123 with the NA 346.
