222/238 615/615 115+4 cam gains???
Has anyone ran a similar cam on their ls1? its a blower cam. I eventually plan to add boost and e85. I want to know if its worth any power running it N/a.
I also have mamofied afr 220 heads
forged pistons and rods
1 7/8 headers
everything is going to get installed at once and I plan to run it N/A for a few years.

I have the Tick version of that cam. 223/235 115 or something like that. Drives great! Obviously not optimal for NA but works great while you wait for the blower. Picked up power everywhere.

Just saw youre going to run it NA for a few years. I agree with itsslow98. Have Tony spec a cam for it. Im sure he will say the 228/228 113 like normal.
But...if you already have the blower cam I would just run that unless you want to spend another 400 on a cam for the mean time.

thanks for the reply. Do you happen to have before and after dynos? I do already have the cam. On top of the $400 dollars for a new cam I would also have to pay for $1000 for the labor again too.

I do not. $1400 is a lot of money to just change something you already have. I would just go with the blower cam. Its not like there will be a big horse or big torque between the two cams(blower vs NA) or anything to warrant the change for what you're paying. They probably drive the same too. Mamo doesnt spec aggressive cams.
