Default My road race setup with Dyno results

Car is a 2003 Corvette Z06 with 29,XXX on the odometer. I have went years with Kooks headers, haltech intake with a dyno tune at 390whp and 378 torque. I decided to freshen it up a bit for the 2018 time attack and HPDE season. I was aiming for 435whp/400...I am pleased with the end results. Here are the mod details.

Stock LS6 shortblock
Katech CNC 243 heads with factory sodium filled valves, Milled .010
CamMotion custom cam 228/236 .603 .586 112.5 +2.5
PSI 1511ML beehive valve springs
Titanium retainers
Johnson 2110 lifters
Trend 5/16 pushrods .105 wall
Kooks 1 3/4 headers offroad X to factory Titanium
Halltech intake
Stock LS6 intake and TB
36lb injectors

Car made 440/393 on 93 pump gas which was sitting in the tank for 9 months...ooops!! Luckily, no knock and pulled to 7k rpm with out dropping. Thanks to Rich Gala from Motor City speed for the great tune. Here is the dyno graph

Just to add I was really shooting for a higher torque number. I did this alone in my garage and was concerned about PTV so I played it safe and only milled the heads .010. With this mill and the factory .051 head gasket I had waaaay more PTV clearance than I thought I would. Intake was .126 and I can't find the exhaust side measurement but it was plenty. The heads were already completed when this measurement was done. Another .020 off the heads I think the car would have made much more power. But I decided there was no need to squeeze everything out of it. I planned for this setup to be ran with a FAST 92 and 90mm TB but I just ran out of funds. With a FAST I was gonna shoot for about 460whp. Maybe next year!!

Solid number on a stock intake and throttle body. Easy swap would have been to do a thinner head gasket as well to help with quench. I bet it has 460 in it with a FAST.
