Default Cam only package opinions???

Well, I was going to sell my car (03 Z06) but since prices suck and everyone keeps disappearing on me I'm going to keep it and mod.

I have headers, intake and exhaust. Anyone running a stealthy cam with these mods?
I'd like to keep my heads for now.

Any dyno numbers? Hp TQ? ET's?

Also, any opinions on this package? I'm new to the valvetrain mods:
- Stealth II Camshaft (224 220 576 581 116 LSA)
- Crane Cams 144832-16 Valve Springs
- Crane Cams 144661 Titanium Retainers
- Crane Cams 144460-16 Hardened Seats
- 11-VS-UV5001-EO Valve Stem Seals
- Thunder Racing Stock Length Pushrods (7.400)

Thanks!
Dave

I just had my cam put in by Cartek last night with stock LS1 heads (with new springs/retainers)
I have the usual bolt-ons
Vararam 2B
Kooks 1.75 LT's
Off road X pipe
Borla Stingers 2 tip
Cam profile is 224/228 113 lsa 580/580

Did 4 pulls on the dyno and all were very consistent.
Air temp was about 65-70 in the garage and all pulls were done with a warmed up motor.

The drive home last night....what can I say except Holy Chiiit!
I'm in Bethlehem and the drive to Cartek is only about 1 hr 15 min.

I'm waiting to hear back from MTI on double springs that fit stock heads, if they don't have them I will probably go with the Patriot gold kit its about a $300. Seems to be proven with the F-body guys.

Depends on the mileage for the other parts. A double roller or even an 04 z06 timing chain (MTI recommended it) and a ported LS6 water pump are insurance.

My car has 10K on it so I'm probably going to just keep the stock stuff, the cam is not that radical and you rarely hear of guys breaking stock chains.

If your car is a 00 or older I would change the chain and the pump because I believe there were some updates to the Oil pump

Pushrods, anything is better than stock Any hardened rods from the vendors will do the trick.

Titanium retainers are nice and come with the Golds you could go 918's and use stock retainers but ANYTIME you can reduce weight in your vavletrain DO IT I like dual springs its cheap insurance

Also this would be a good time for an underdrive pulley if you were thinking of getting one...

That might be a good idea, I'll have to try to get there, I haven't been to one yet. I'll PM you later in the week if I can go so we can be sure to meet up.

Thanks
