If that truly is so, and I doubt it is, so be it.

It is, but don't take my word for it...look it up. Capital punishment is not a deterrent, costs more than life in prison, and innocent people are inevitably killed by the government. It serves no purpose but blood lust, and screws the taxpayer on top of it all.

Another lie by one of our resident libbies. It costs an average of $50,000 per year to house a lifer. If they live even 20 years that is a million dollars.

Right because of liberal stupidity and that most certainly includes the aclu and splc. They find all sorts of ways to stop those POS from being put down. Judge shopping and many /any reason to look for a appeal. This takes years and of course raises the costs significantly so you liberal people are the ones (like normal) that **** the tax payers!

If executions were done a by only having 1 trial then one appeal and two weeks after the second appeal was done kill the bastard. All could be done within a year, much less cost and one more person that will never commit a capitol crime again. As a side benefit it will send a REAL sign to the criminals were serious about reducing crime and protect prison guards from assaults. Also use firing squads to do executions bullets are very cheap and for you squeamish idiots 4 bullets in the heart is a fast death!

So you're saying that killing this POS today is more expensive than keeping him alive for the next 10-20 years

This is just more lunacy from another pitifully gullible liberal

More empirical data that liberalism is a mental disorder
