If it could get a little bit warmer that would be good. I might go burn some tires later to see if that helps for 2019.

Warm compared to what? The few hundred years that records have been kept? You do realize the earth is 4.5 BILLION (yes, with a B) years old. If you take all the time man has been on the Earth and charted it on a 12 month style calendar mans existence would be less than one second on December 31.

The temperature of the Earth should be ________.

Answer the damn question.

Really? Please answer the questions. How was temperature recorded in 1919? How is temperature recorded today?

What an absolutely retarded comparison. Considering mammals didn't even exist back then. . .hell, plant life barely existed. .

Planet-wise, humans represent a statistically insignificant amount of CO2 contribution, yet you think spending trillions of dollars and turning our lives upside down is somehow going to make some kind of difference. Tell us more about retarded.

That is NOT what your OP says.

You said that it is the FOURTH warmest year.

(it helps to keep track of what you claim)

first of all, cnn is not a reloable source. Second, how can you trust the measurments of temperature when we know for a fact they have made up data, adjusted historic records and lied about it? You dumbass progressives are always quick to point out when you think someone is lying to you to,get money, well that is exactly what is happening here. Either get a clue or just shut up. You are embarrassing yourself.

I thought we already spent trillions of useless money on bs green energy and rammed dumbarse policies through congress, if we did not fix this the first time around why are we doing it again,,, must be to repay all the dnc contributors-same as last time.
The 1900s had snake oil salespeople, today we have global warming con artists,,, new day, Same Old BS!!

How so, compared to the late peak heat index 1930's, when the atmospheric CO2 concentration was much lower than 2019?

The last "heat wave index" graph is important.

And the question WannaBeGlenn refuses to answer, how exactly was Jedediah recording those temps back in 1850?
