When have liberal judges cared about Constitutional authority? If Trump were to issue an emergency order, liberal judges would be issuing injunctions before the ink was dry. I expect that several already have their verdicts written and are simply waiting for Trump to write out the order.

hell a court paper cant do anything

whats a judge going to do?,,,try to walk into the WH and grab prez trump?

whats congress going to do ,,go to the border and tell the military to stop?????????????????

It is a military action. I am not sure the civilian courts matter on this.
