Give the meth head the Darwin Award.

I wouldn't last one day as a cop. I'd be dead or in jail for beating the **** out of some asswipe.

What this is likely going to come down to is a couple of questions:

"They could have tased him anywhere. Why the *****?

Why make a special effort, ie pulling his pants and drawers down, and go out of your way to go for his *****?

Should the police be allowed to pull a handcuffed meth head's pants down and commence tasing him in the *****?

Other questions are likely to follow as well.

They tased him in the back while he was handcuffed first.

Was the taser to the ***** retaliation or retribution for the woman throwing the package out of the car and hitting the other officer, knocking him down and out?

Or was 50,000 volts to the ***** necessary in order to subdue an already handcuffed man?

They could have tased him anywhere.... Why the *****?

He refused medical attention.

Video is inconclusive as to the location of the tazing, and being handcuffed does not equal being subdued. Handcuffed people are still dangerous.

I mean, if *I* were tazed in the *****, and was gonna sue for that, you can ******' bet my first stop is a hospital for CONFIRMATION from a medical professional.

"These are my *****. Do they look tazed to you?"

"Why, they sure do."

"Thanks, Doc."

Why the ***** though?

Why pull his pants down to get to his *****?

They could have tased him anywhere.

These guys have already tased you in the *****. You gonna let them drive you to the hospital too?

The video is edited out so that we can't see the taser being applied to the guy's *****.

Besides, even if they missed his ***** and hit his crack or his anus instead, they were still aiming for his *****.

Why pull his pants down unless they were doing just that?

There is no excuse for pulling his pants down and aiming a taser at his nuts, whether or not the taser hit it's target.

They were going for his *****. Even if they missed and hit something else in the vicinity, that's still bad.

But in court, you can bet that they are going to show everything.

And when a jury sees this guy taking 50,000 volts to the *****, at least once, and maybe twice, no way he doesn't win some money out of this.

Regardless of what occurs with this case, it won't affect the previous charges... you know, the reason he had an active warrant and didn't want to give them his name?

Report half the story, forget the half where the guy is a repeat drug offender, with his kids in the car, with meth at hand. He had to hide the meth when the cops approached the car. Why? Were they smoking it going down the road?

Jesus, Quick, could you think through your posts before making them so you don't have to go back 10 ******' minutes later and completely change them?

That was edited for clarity.

Besides, they look different when they make it into the stage lights.

Sometimes I read back through them and decide that; "Hey, I can paint a better and more vivid visual picture for the reader here in an attempt to get my point across."

Like this one. I just edited it too.

Now that I have done that, do you still think that the cops were justified in administrating several thousand volts of electricity to this handcuffed suspect's *******?

Clarity??

It went from 2 sentences to 9! You needed 7 more sentences to clarify the original 2? My point about thinking through your posts stands.

Kinda doubt this guy is anywhere near average IQ. One has to be pretty damn stupid to end up in a situation where the cops give you a ******** tazing. I'm not saying he DESERVED it, but I'm not saying he's Ivy League material either.

Let me see you think this through.

Are you still of the opinion that this guy should have taken a 50,000 volt dose of electricity to the ***** after he was handcuffed, and that the cops were justified in administering it?

How do we know that's not fake, or that the tasers they're using are turned up to full power?

His lawsuit alleges *****. Until the unedited version comes out we can't know.
