Check out the Model S. A little expensive, but the performance will knock your socks off (until it runs out of power).

Since the Model Y does not look like a typical CUV/SUV, but just a typical sedan with a slightly taller roofline, I doubt that people that prefer CUV's/SUV's will go gaga over it.

Also typical EV range so no improvements there. Where is the "new" technology that Musk has promised?

HTF are they going to put 3 rows of seating in that thing? At 66 ft3 of cargo volume, that is just barely a smidge bigger than an Equinox/Terrain.

Like with everything else, Tesla gives you half truths. I suspect that their 66 cubic feet of cargo room is with the rear seat back folded down. Why don't they give the cargo area with the rear seat back up, like, say, Honda with it's CRV.

Honda's spec is 75.8 cubic feet with the rear seat back folded down, and 39.2 cubic feet with the rear seat in the up position.

The photo Musk is showing in his tweet(that you posted) sure isn't the same car as what tesla is showing on their website.
