Default Alabama House Of Representatives passes Anti Abortion Bill

This afternoon one side of the Alabama legislature passed a bill that would make abortions a felony except in a few cases. If the other side votes it in, the Governor will sign it into law. This may not sound like much at first glance but it will be challenged and that will go all the way to the Supreme Court, possibly reopening Roe vs Wade.

This will be shut down by the lower courts and SCOTUS will NOT hear the appeal. This happens to all of those unconstitutional bills..

It’s Alabama, you’d think they’d have a clinic on every corner.
