Maybe I wonít have to fertilize my lawn this year! If it gets dry enough to cut it and warms up enough to cut it without wearing a coat and gloves.

And the alarmist will wail and gnash their teeth and then create even weirder “green ideas”.

Probably the first step should be to ban greenhouses and other indoor plant-growing operations from using "CO2 Enrichment Systems", which are designed to boost the CO2 levels inside the greenhouses to 3 or 4 times that of the outside air (i.e., to 1500 or so ppm). They do this to boost plant growth.

The "CO2 Enrichment Systems" aren't nearly as complicated as the name makes them sound. Most of the time it is just burners, burning either piped-in natural gas, or propane from tanks.....

Those darn horticulturists!

Friggin carbon!

I think we all VERY HASTILY need to give our governments more money via carbon taxes so that this evil problem can be resolved once and for all

And don't forget the climate scientists that need money for luxury conferences and beach front property so they can monitor the rising ocean levels.

Well, since modern humans have only been around for about 200,000 years, and the planet has been around for literally billions of years, I fail to see where an alarm needs to be raised.

But, let's hang on here. Have there been any times in the history of Earth that CO2 levels have been higher? If not, then I could see some cause for alarm. What is the answer here?

Earthís 1st atmosphere: CO2 = 80000 ppm
600 million years ago: CO2 = 7500 ppm
12000 years ago: CO2 = 415 ppm
