For one party involved, this is literally a life and death situation. It only stands to reason some people are particularly passionate about this topic.

18% want abortion illegal under all circumstances.

79% want abortion legal under some circumstances or all circumstances. owebo won't understand this, others will.

I fall into the "legal under certain circumstances" category.

It won’t as far as I know. Where were you headed with this?

I'm sorry, but according to the law it isn’t murder.

So you believe you can dictate the circumstances that allow killing a new human or not.
Pure evil.

Those “some” are in favor of abortion for just birth control.

Abortion rights are a combination of 2 facts. Lack of constituional rights of the unborn and Right of the woman to be secure in her person (4th amendment). The embryo ia entirely inside her body and therefore goveenment has no right to make decisions about what is entirely in her body. Neither of the other entities exists in a person's body and therefore protecting them does not infringe on anybody's constituional rights.

Is the right to life granted by the Constitution making it revocable?
