This is very cool. Nice to know that there are still some good kids out there. I know there are quite a few schools where parking a vette would be a bad idea. Need more kids like these ones. You must be a real popular teacher for them to do this.

You are obviously a great teacher and have a great raport with your students. Keep it up. These kids have it right.
Congrats.

Cool students and cool Corvette.

Your students obviously respect you and your Corvette.

Got to love it!

You are lucky to have such nice kids at your school. I guess I was right when I thought the people I met during my museum delivery were extra polite and kind. Kentucky is a great place to live and to pick up a car from.

Your story has made my day!! Great kids, but there must be a reason they did. Great teacher!

I hate to say it, but I'm guessing you teach at a private school? Either way it's great to see the positive side of that generation for a change. Kudos to you!

Wow, that is pretty darn cool. Just puts a smile on your face :D

Great Story. It's refreshment to hear about the kid's that care and show it. Oh, don't change your teaching style, 'cause it's obviously working.

:iagree:...lots of people do not understand how important our teachers are. This one is for YOU...

Kids only do that for really good teachers!!!!! That is a great compliment to you.

Great story! I left teaching in '82 after 18 years in Cleveland inner city schools and I'm now getting Facebook messages from former students, some in their 60s. One is a college instructor who told me she used some of my methods at John Carroll University in a writing class. Gosh I had some wonderful kids over the years.

But today I would never park my Vette in the same lots. Times have changed. Congratulations on some fine students who appreciate your efforts.
