You knew this thread would bring out the toughest of the cyber bullies.... I am sure he is pumping his internet muscles right now and searching for his best fat joke right now.

They are called "vertical doors"... on the Corvette and the Lamborghini. The doors on my car did not come off a Lamborghini.

Who would want a car with doors like this??? I know I would, but then again I am those guys, like the OP.

There are several times that I wished I had vertical doors, especially when other cars are parked too close to mine.

Can you guys suggest some of the better manufacturers of this mod?

rtpassini 03-29-2012 11:41 PM

If those are the Nike Foamposites, then I must say, quite literally, they are the most comfortable shoe in the world, hands down. I had the white ones so I know :D

Now! Back to Corvettes!

We need some Lamboized Corvettes so that the owners can keep the Vette reputation going.

And by "reputation," I mean the one that says the average Corvette owner doesn't know that jackets, shirts and pants can be purchased in sizes not described solely by letters of the alphabet.:rofl::rofl:

I like the look of the lambo style doors, is it for me? Must make entry and exit even easier....
Nice to be able to have some many mods to indiviualize our vettes.

I never understood how basketball shoes got misconstrued as Clown shoes. I'm wearing Lebron nike basketball shoes, Duke basketball shorts, a t-shirt, and a Cleveland Indians baseball cap. Seems like proper attire for the beach at noon not a circus. (I'm 22) .

Keep the vette pics coming

What male over the age of 15 buys pants that aren't sized numerically? How does having vertical doors correlate with wearing shirts and jackets sized numerically? You're cool Fonz because your leather jacket is a size 22 .

Ultimate_Respect 03-30-2012 08:28 AM

COME ON !!!!!!!!! REALLY??? I hate to say it but some of you sounds like a complete idiots... If you don't like the flamboyant doors then don't say anything at all... I don't think they were asking for your thoughts on this, he just wanted pictures of other corvettes with vertical doors... Also the person with the silver corvette with stock rims it does look nice.... Most of the aftermarket rims look horrible on the corvette..

Ones that wear athletic shorts when they're not going to the gym.

Vetterthanyou2 03-30-2012 10:53 AM

My pants are numerically sized but you can keep wearing your knickerbockers to the beach like its 1809.

:iagree:

I don't understand how most become complete jerks over the internet. If it's not for you, that's fine but the personal jabs aren't called for. Forums give many the courage to say things they would never say to a person to their face. :crazy2:

The leather flight jacket I just purchased is a size 44-S, my Dianese motorcycle jacket is a 56, my slacks are a 35x28 (which usually has to be tailored), my favorite go-to suits have been further tailored a few times over the years (they keep shrinking!) and this is my Corvette:

Now Endeka, you have the right to use the "back button" or look away if it's not to your liking, which is really just a polite way of saying you should be :leaving:
