That's awesome. I managed to get my C5 to 96k while living in the frozen midwest. :thumbs:

How has the car treated you over the years? I saw the thread about the motor, but any other major issues?

Only a wheel bearing and both fronts were covered under warranty. I may have a rear one going south now. ~$150 and my time to R&R.
Lot's of fun for so little $. Quite the opposite of the Caddy where lots of $ for a small amount of fun.

What a great post Tom. You're a testament to how good these Corvettes really are - you drive across the country to race...here's a good pic of the two Ls3 bolt on record holders one night 4 years ago.
