Kind of you to look out for me Brother!

Oh you mean the URL method, Thanks.

All kinds of excitement now. Chat bot finally changed their verbiage. It said my car is produced. Then went to an advisor and he said I'm at 4000, ready to ship. Keep checking.

Hi, Just got an email from dealer that my Corvette is built. He said they are waiting on GM to invoice.

Is this the C8Tracker VIN page you are referring to?

Update - I just got email 10/7/23 that my 2024 LT2/Cacti/Z51 was built 2111 and waiting on invoice.

In case anyone else is impatience and a nerd like me, I took the data from rfkirk's tracking table (huge shoutout to you man for keeping track of all of that :)) and calculated wait-time estimates to reach each status code based on the 75 cars listed there.

Median Total Wait Times:
  • Scheduled (3000->3300): 29 days (std dev of 18.6 days)
  • Produced (3000->3800): 48 days (std dev of 11.4 days)
  • Delivered (3000->6000): 64 days (std dev of 12.4 days)

The standard deviation is relatively high, especially for 3000->3300. In other words, there is a lot of variability in how long each step takes. But to summarize:
  • After reaching 3000, the median person will wait 29 days for 3300, then another 20 days for 3800, then another 16 days for 6000.
  • 63% of people will go 3000->6000 between 52 and 77 days
  • 95% of people will go 3000->6000 between 40 days and 89 days
I personally went to 3000 on 11/8/23, so I'd expect to take delivery 64 days later on 1/11/24, or "worst case" 89 days later on 2/4/2024.

Some notes:
  • I ignored cars that were affected by engine appearance package delays and "stuck at 3800" shipping delays.
  • This is based on August/September data, so it may not reflect the current state and does not take into account holiday-specific pauses in production. If your expected delivery date is after xmas week for example, I would add 1 week to the estimate since there is a full week off of production.

Hope this is helpful!

That you did this is hysterical, I just started calculating much of the same data for my next update. Many thanks for saving me the time.... This is all great information!

And congratulations.

I am running way behind for some reason.

I’ve been at 3000 since 11/2 with a TPW of 1/27/2024. It’s crazy.

And no constraints.

Your TPW probably doesn't fall on a Saturday. It should be a Monday...maybe 1/22 or 1/29?

Fat fingered typing. It’s 1/29.

I was told from the museum that you typically go to 3400 when you're about a week out from production. If 1 or even 2 weeks is true, I don't think you'd go to 3400 until sometime in January if your TPW is accurate.
