Hey guys,
I just wanted to update you all that I am back from my 6 month tour of duty to both Iraq and Afghanistan. All my fingers and toes are in tact. I spent yesterday taking the C6 out for a spin and getting the bike back to riding order. (wife had to work) Anyway I just wantedto thank you all for your support and please ask you to keep all our troops in your prayers. No matter what CNN says the war is very real over there and they need all the prayers they can get.

I spent time in the navy as well, but not during any active conflict. I can't thank you enough for the commitment to our country that you and your peers demonstrate. You are all heroes in my book. :flag: :flag: :flag:

Looks like an Ironhorse Texas Chopper. I ride one as well. Seems like we have similar tastes in toys. Enjoy yours, you truly deserve them! :yesnod:

Welcome back and thanks for your service. And, when you talk to your buddies in the service thank them too. I have a high regard for what you've done for the country and there are many more like me (despite what the media may say).

Well thanks everyone. My motorcycle is a swift Bar chopper but I love it and took it out today. As far as getting the vette up to catapult speed that is easy but I am not volunteering my vette. I do have to go back in 4 months so I am trying to enjoy some time before the end of JAN. Thanks for all your kind words it really means a lot.

My heartfelt thanks to you and your fellow servicemen and women for volunteering to serve the greatest country this world has ever seen.

Because of you and millions of others before you, many who have made the ultimate sacrifice, this country continues to be free and rings the bell of freedom every day for the world to hear.

God bless you and everyone else serving the USA :flag:

Seriously thank you for the words. I have forwarded this thread to my buddies still over there and it means so much. As anyone knows who has gone it is not easy being away from home and hearing all the cr@p the news airs. I could only imagine what it was like in Vietnam. I thank all veterans. Do a burnout for those that can't
