I was lucky enough to meet some members of a Finnish Corvette club atLeMans in 2007. They had the best prepared setup, with a shop, kitchen, bar, etc.
Some great folks ZR-1 around here is now, with the new taxation system just over 320K euros, that is around 440K in USD... So Tuomas might still be better of with the normal C6 as a starting point + the power ZR-1's are making (stock) just wouldn't cut it with this gentleman. He really likes his toys to perform.:cheers: There are 3 ZR-1 here that I know of, one yellow with 820hp kit, one Blade Silver bone stock and one Black with some Lingenfelter goodies. |

A little update..
With A&A kit have to remove the OEM power steering cooler and at first I made it shorter but after mod it was too small so I made a version stage 2. I'm still not complete satisfied (welding skill rusted) but I think I can live with that.. http://i10.aijaa.com/b/00706/8916576.jpg http://i7.aijaa.com/b/00974/8916613.jpg http://i7.aijaa.com/b/00475/8916578.jpg http://i10.aijaa.com/b/00920/8916579.jpg http://i5.aijaa.com/b/00172/8916580.jpg |
Awesome!!! Good luck with the rest of the build, can't wait to see the finished product.

looks great!
i couldn't imaging doing something like this all at once....i mean the huge investment made at one time.....over a period of time is how most people seem to mod, looks like you're going at it differently! |
Wow!

I remember that vette! I was the last guy in the states to mod on that vette before Ville shipped it overseas. I see it has been transforming quite a bit now.
Keep up the good work. |
