I had to put in a lot of money to get my 2007 C6 California smog legal. I did that and I am okay. My best

Answer.. Leave California with your Corvette registration (license and tags) . Get an LLC outa state.. Use that to register all your vehicles... devorce your car and yourself from Cali....it's all legal. You and your Corvette will live happily ever after.... Leave smog laws in the dust. 🙂

There are so many loopholes in the law it's laughable. Do your research folks.

Bit over $3000. Taken to the GMC service dept for resetting the computer, cost of $185. Someone disabled the C02 sensors and with modified tube headers before I owned it in 2016. And about $3K, Mike at TPS Motorsports in Santa Clara and his crew did a good job working it out and correcting it back to the stock manifolds for it to pass California smog test. This base model Z51 LS2 Corvette has upgraded to Z06 exhaust pipes. It sounds great. Just what I like. Love this Corvette! My best.
