I have for sale a Z06 Embroidered Hood Liner. I have had this hoodliner for about one year, but have only put 90 miles on the car since I installed it. It might fit under aftermarket hoods sizewise, but "mine" does not have holes cutout to install it to the hood.
One question though: Do you know how well the thread will hold up under extreme temperatures being above the engine? It's really awesome looking, just wondering if it can withstand long trips? |
So you would just have to tap some holes in the hood so it would hold.

What type of fasteners were used in the photo that shows the liner installed on the hood? They appear to be chrome plated. Does anybody know where I can get them?

Bump for This Hoodliner, it is still available, off the car and ready to ship. $300.00 plus shipping. I have since sold this Z06 and now have a Supercharged Z06 with a High Rise hood, this will not fit, so it is up for grabs. I only put 723 mile on the car before I sold it, not sure when I got the hoodliner, but it still looks like New, less then 723 miles on it total, and always stored inside.

Three years old yes, but no signs of wear, only on car for limited amount of miles, still looks new! This hoodliner has not been subjected to three years of heat extremes, or weather either. If $350.00 is too high, Please feel free to make a reasonable offer, but three years old does not mean half off. Last time I checked, no one could seem to find these for sale anywhere, so if I am wrong, I am sorry.
